I am a mountain photographer, and today I devote most of my work to the Mont Blanc massif.
My photography grew out of a desire to tell the story of the environment I live in more fully. Over the years, the mountains have become much more than a subject: they have become my place of exploration and my primary creative space.
Above all, I seek out light, atmospheres, and moments that reveal another dimension of the peaks. I am particularly drawn to winter, changing weather conditions, snow-covered landscapes, and striking moods. I love it when the mountains appear in a soft, cold, or almost unreal light.
My work takes me regularly across the massif, on foot, on skis, and sometimes from the air, often at hours when the mountains are still shrouded in darkness. This immersion and closeness to the terrain are essential to the way I photograph.
Today, I am developing a body of photographic work centered on the Mont Blanc massif, with particular attention to printing and the quality of the artworks. I print my work on fine art paper and take the utmost care with every order.
